I must admit, I've spent weeks watching The Biggest Loser re-runs. I've watched several seasons and I'm also following the most recent season (season 6). It's just an awesome and inspiring show. Imagine how many people are actually being influenced to lose weight because of the effects of obesity on health.

I'm not even overweight and every time I put the show on it actually gets me up and I start exercising right in front of the television. That's how influential it is! I mean, even skinny people need to exercise. I feel there's some form of misconception on the whole weight thing, like many thin people feel that only fat people need to exercise when that's just not true. Exercise is for everyone and everyone needs to be healthy by getting up and working out.
